Hénin-Delouvin, Harmonie NV

Located in the village of Aÿ-Champagne, just outside of Epernay, Hénin-Delouvin are proud fifth generation winemakers. Current custodians and brothers, Julien and Guillaume, have recently turned all of the vineyards over to organic viticulture and represent some of our favourite grower Champagnes. Harmonie NV is made from the classic Champagne blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay and represents the domaine's house Champagne. A nose of lemon zest, apple, pear and brioche move to a refreshing palate with bright acidity and fine mousse. The perfect Champagne to enjoy as an aperitif.
